Ra Vinyasa Level 1 Karma (FREE) Class

Ra Vinyasa 1 is an introductory class for students who are new to Yoga. Proper alignment is explained and demonstrated. The instructor introduces foundational postures, breath, and the connection of breath to movement so that as the course progresses, the students move toward linking the poses together into a continuous flow. This class is considered a karma yoga class as it is a free class for all in the community.

In this heated style we warm up and cool down the body just like a typical Ra Vinyasa classes but then get the body going with classical mat Pilates. Expect to work hard in this class as the focus is core stabilizing and strengthening! Yogalates is a great for students who love high energy yoga and core-focused exercises.

Ra Strength 2 is similar to Strength as it harmonizes the practice of yoga and the benefits of weight lifting. The added weight provides the resistance needed to strengthen, tone, and improve a regular yoga practice. This class also adds more heat and increases cardio movement. This class is great for students who love high energy yoga with cardio intervals.

Ra Vinyasa Level 2 is a continuation class for the Level 1 course focusing on refining the poses and building endurance in the body. It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge the fitness enthusiast. This class is taught in a heated environment to encourage detoxification through sweat and enhance muscle and joint opening.
