Yogalates combines the benefits of yoga with the core strengthening benefits of Pilates. Like a sandwich, the class begins and ends much like Ra Vinayasa, but the meat of the course includes traditional mat Pilates. This class is heated to help warm up students bodies quicker.
 
Babysitting available @ $8 per child or $30 for monthly unlimited.
Ra Vinyasa Level 1 (Babysitting available)

Ra Vinyasa Level 1 (Babysitting available)

Ra Vinyasa 1 is an introductory class for students who are new to Yoga. Proper alignment is explained and demonstrated. The instructor introduces foundational postures, breath, and the connection of breath to movement so that as the course progresses, the students move toward linking the poses together into a continuous flow.

Ra Strength 2 (Babysitting available)

Ra Strength 2 (Babysitting available)

Ra Strength harmonizes the practice of yoga and the benefits of weight lifting. The student flows through a yoga sequence practiced with light weights in hands. The added weight provides the resistance needed to strengthen, tone, and improve a regular yoga practice.

Hot Ra 2 (Babysitting available)

Hot Ra 2 (Babysitting available)

This class is great for students who are familiar with our Hot Ra series, but who are looking to take their practice to a more advanced level. Practiced in a heated environment, students are encouraged to hold postures from 30-60 seconds to build mental endurance and improve flexibility. While detoxifying the body, this sequence is designed to systematically open the body from outside in, working muscles, joints, thyroid gland, digestive system, internal organs, and lymph nodes.

Hot Ra 1 (Babysitting available)

Hot Ra 1 (Babysitting available)

This is an introductory class to our Hot Ra series. Students are led through a set series of poses. While encouraging students to hold these postures from 30-60 seconds, teachers will explain the benefits and proper alignment for every level, beginner to advanced. This class is great for any student trying heat for the first time, as well as the dedicated hot yoga practitioner.
Babysitting is available @ $8 per child.

Ra Vinyasa Level 2 is a continuation class for the Level 1 course focusing on refining the poses and building endurance in the body. It will offer a balance of strength, flexibility, and endurance to challenge the fitness enthusiast. This class is taught in a heated environment to encourage detoxification through sweat and enhance muscle and joint opening.

Pre-Natal (Babysitting available)

Doing prenatal yoga can be a wonderful way to put time aside for yourself and your baby. Although most gentle types of yoga are appropriate during pregnancy, there are a few things to avoid in order to make your pregnancy yoga experience safe and enjoyable. The instructors at Ra will safely guide expecting mothers through poses that aid during pregnancy including stress management, breathing techniques, and hip opening.
Meditation

Meditation

This 60 minute practice will begin with restorative yoga and end with 45 minutes of guided meditation. The gentle yoga practice will prepare the body to relax and calm the mind. With body and mind prepared properly, the student is ready to be still in meditation. This is a wonderful way to spend a quiet Sunday afternoon.
