Veronica received her 200h RYT through iHeartYoga in Dana Point, CA in May 2018. She enjoys teaching a variety of styles including Vinyasa, Strength and Yogalates. She strives to help beginner yogis feel comfortable in their practice and push more advanced yogis to step outside of their comfort zones by explaining and demonstrating poses, providing hands-on adjustments, and ensuring a safe practice for everyone. Her classes are created for all levels, with variations, and modifications in poses for beginners to advanced yogis. Students leave Veronica's classes feeling challenges but recharged through her welcoming personality, use of essential oils, creative sequences, presence of an intention and theme for the day, and upbeat playlists.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Yoga has helped me learn to love myself and others more, appreciate silence, and has given me more patience in my personal and professional progress.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

I started taking yoga classes to help slow things down in my busy, fast-paced work/life environment. Yoga has become a time for me to really connect with my breath and movement, release unhealthy emotions, stress, expectations and has taught me how to let go of the past, and live more in the present moment.
