My path to yoga was so out of the blue, I had no idea what was going on! I happened to find yoga because of a family member and that was the very first day of my new journey. Little did I know my entire life was going to change! My very first class was a Bikram style class and I immediately fell in love. The practice itself brought me so much patience and clarity to many aspects of my life. I never practiced yoga and
expected to run into results or any changes. Little by little yoga has shown me there is so much room to grow and always to remain grounded in every situation. What I was receiving from my teachers through out the years is what made me find my way to complete my 200-Hour Teacher Training. After completing my 200-Hour Teacher Training I realized one of my missions in life is to: give back the Love, Patience, Understanding and Gratitude
that I received over the years. I will always remain the student and I as I grow into the teacher that I will become, I will always remember to hold the same space that my teachers always held for me.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most: 

Calmed my mind and has made space for me to hold for myself.

Reason Started Doing Yoga: 

I started and continued to do yoga because the sense of grounding I receive from the practice.
