Having lived in Miami Beach, New Orleans, New York City and, now, Orange County, Lola's exposure to yoga, on and off the mat, is quite expansive. She's been blessed with the opportunity to learn completely different yoga styles and equally various ways to teach them, with one commonality - breath. Breath is the essence of life, it is constantly flowing, as does every other element of life. This is what her style of yoga ultimately embodies; movement, rather than posture. Lola has a strong background in teaching private yoga classes, enabling her to tap deeply into the service of practice. She guides students through their bodies in a fierce, yet healthful manner to encourage a space where mind, body and breath meet through subtle, yet intentional, movement.

How Has Yoga Benefited You The Most:
My asana practice taught me to use my breath as a vessel to communicate with my body and my mind. My yoga practice off the mat has given me faith that everything always has been, always is and always will be exactly the way it is supposed to be.
