I'm truly a better person because of yoga. Yoga taught me to breathe, be calm and believe in myself and my spiritual growth.
Reason Started Doing Yoga:
I started doing yoga when I was 13 years old in my ballet class. A new teacher came in and told us we had to better connect with ourselves and we would be doing yoga and pilates. It wasn't until after the birth of my first child that I truly understood the benefits of yoga. It made me feel calm, strong and empowered within myself.
