For those looking to stay away from the heat:
Ra Vinyasa Level 1, Restorative, and Yin Stretch classes are a great place to start for new people to yoga. Restorative and Yin Stretch classes flow at a much slower pace, while Ra Vinyasa Level 1 is a bit more involved and is taught at a faster pace.
For those looking to step into the heat:
Hot Ra Level 1 is a good class to introduce you to the heated environment with a slower pace than Hot Ra Level 2.
